These are Pink Banded Onyx hearts, mined in Afghanistan, and carved by Javed, Aizaz, Irshad, Sajjad, and Naveed in Pakistan.
I like to hold one when I’m feeling anxious, or meditating. It takes about 5-10 minutes for your body temperature to warm the stone.
These are usually my weightiest stones, weighing in at just over two ounces.
